Steven Zhou has worked as a journalist and writer focusing on national security, politics, foreign affairs, and far-right extremism for the past decade.
He has been a reporter, editor, producer, and script writer for VICE, CBC News, CBC Radio, and the Ottawa Citizen. His work has appeared in the Toronto Star, the Globe and Mail, Foreign Policy, the LA Review of Books, and The Nation, among other outlets.
He has a Master of Journalism degree from Carleton University and a Bachelors of Arts from the University of Toronto.
When not sleeping or working, Steven is overly preoccupied by his NBA basketball fantasy leagues.
