Senior Legal Counsel
Before joining NCCM, Daniel engaged in private law practice. He subsequently worked as legal counsel with the Department of Justice (Canada) and, thereafter, he worked at the Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission.
Daniel has appeared before numerous administrative tribunals/commissions, and all levels of courts in Canada.
He is a long-time member of the Islamic Association of Saskatchewan (Saskatoon) Inc., Chairing the Media, Communications, and Outreach Committee. He is a past Board member of the Steep Hill Food Cooperative, Saskatchewan Parkinson’s Foundation, and the Saskatoon Community Clinic, a non-profit healthcare cooperative.
