Rania Mirza is the organization’s education adviser and chair of the NCCM Education Committee. She obtained a Masters in Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education. Rania works as an Ontario public elementary teacher, assuming various lead roles for over a span of 10 years.

As an educator, Rania has taken an active role in building strong school and community partnerships, and integrating students’ cultural and linguistic identities into the school curriculum to create a diverse space.
