Jasminka Kalajdzic is an associate professor of law at the Faculty of Law at the University of Windsor.  She joined in 2009 after twelve years of private law practice as a civil litigator. Professor Kalajdzic served as Associate Dean in 2016-17. She completed both her LLB and LLM at the University of Toronto. Her current research focuses on access to justice, class actions, and legal ethics.

Professor Kalajdzic has published two books and a number of recent peer-reviewed articles.  In July 2014, she was appointed to her second three-year term as a member of the Law Foundation of Ontario’s Class Proceedings Committee, and in 2013, to the Law Commission of Ontario’s Advisory Group for its Class Actions Project.
