Urge Governments to Take Action on Our Recommendations

Last week was historic – we sat in a room with officials from each level of government, and proposed 61 policy recommendations to combat the challenges of Islamophobia in all of its forms. These recommendations were drawn from dozens of community consultations with organizations that represent hundreds of thousands of Canadian Muslims.

Alhamdullilah, a number of positive commitments were made, which are consistent with our recommendations.

However, more is clearly needed to address the many challenges in front of us.

We need you to do two things:

1. Send a letter here asking your Federal, Provincial, and Municipal leaders to commit to real tangible action against Islamophobia; and

2. Follow us for up to date information on the status of our recommendations
