Protecting your rights: Everyday our lawyers are taking on new cases and have appeared before Canadian tribunal and courts for people targeted for speaking up about the genocide against Gaza or simply just trying to openly practice their faith.
More wins for my community: Your support will allow us to hire more skilled lawyers to take on the 100s of cases to protect you, your family, and your community against the largest threat to our civil rights in a generation.
Dedicated legal desks: This Ramadan, help NCCM build dedicated legal desks for problematic files like, education, the medical field, and Palestine advocacy.
What your donations have made possible for our kids
When Dr. Yipeng Ge was suspended for standing up for Palestinian human rights. Our took immediate action, representing him and eventually getting him reinstated.
In Alberta, a long-time Palestinian human rights activist was arrested for chanting, “From the River to the Sea, Palestine Will Be Free”. Our team alerted the community and took up his case, getting it dismissed and thus setting a precedent that protects the civil liberties of activists across the country.
We have represented, advised and won victories for multiple employees who were punished for social media posts, items of clothing or simply asking that their employer put out balanced statements.
